Ice Bowl Crack Dip

Ice Bowl Crack Dip

We spend many Saturday's and Sunday's tailgating for football games. Any time there is tailgating there's good fellowship and good food (not to mention the good drinks)! With the Super Bowl just a week away, I thought it fitting to share some of our favorite game day tailgating recipes. I hope you enjoy these great and EASY recipes as much as we do! - GO PACK GO!

Ice Bowl Crack Dip
Ingredients
2 (8 oz) pkgs Cream cheese - softened
1 (10 oz) Can of Rotel (Mexican or Original) - undrained
1/2 lb to 1 lb Italian sausage - browned (Depends on how much meat you like)

Directions
Brown sausage and drain excess grease. Place cooked sausage into a slow cooker (aka crock pot). Add softened cream cheese and Rotel. Cook on "Medium" or "High" for 1 to 2 hours. "Low" for 3 to 4 hours depending on when you need it ready. Stir every now and again to combine ingredients. Once it's nice and hot, it's ready to serve with the chips of your choice. We use Tostitos Scoops or Frito Scoops.

Will post a picture tutorial soon on Littlejudys.com so check back soon!
