1 Bag Frozen Fruit mixture - Let thaw for about 30 minutes and chop to desired size pieces.(Fresh fruit is awesome if it's in season, but I don't have time to prep it all so I use frozen.)
- 1-2 Tbsp White Sugar
- 1/2 - 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1-3 Tbsp of Fruit Preserves of your choice - any flavor (Will find this with Jelly and Jams.)
- 1 Pkg (8 or 10 inch) Flour tortillas
- Butter flavored cooking spray (Like PAM)
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon sugar (Make your own using 1 C White Sugar and 1-2 Tbsp Cinnamon depending on how much cinnamon you like). Have cinnamon sugar mix in a bowl that you can dredge tortilla wedges in.
- Directions
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix chopped fruit, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray each side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges. Dredge tortilla wedges in cinnamon sugar and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool and serve with chilled fruit mixture.
Note: I make my tortilla wedges a day ahead and store in a ziplock bag to save time. I have my fruit thawed and chopped as well. The next day I will mix as directed about 3-4 hours before it's time to serve. Enjoy!
